The Miami ARTCC will be hosting Cross the Gulf 2010 on August 29, 2010. W
e want this event to be a blast and we need your help. We have decided to
invite your ARTCC to come out and fly! Don't you want to try something new?
I figured it would give your ARTCC some quality time to spend on the
network together. The event has a booking system and preferred routes.
Here's the catch. Every ARTCC has been invited. The ARTCC with the biggest
turnout will be put in a lottery. Every controller the that signed up
(details below) from the winning ARTCC will be put in a drawing. The
controller that is picked from the draw will receive a prize. The prize is
undetermined at this time, but It will be a product from Wilco Publishing.
All information is below. The booking system is now open. Let's see if your
ARTCC has the best turnout.

If you want to try and win, reply to this message acknowledging you will fly, so I can give him a list of everybody who will be flying. When it does come flying time, go here to book your flight (after you have responded to this of course), but I don't recommend doing that until a few days before the event.
