Here at ZOB, we value all of your feedback, and are fully committed to answering any questions that you might have. You may use this form to send feedback on services, or write questions or comments about our website, training program, operations, or anything else you can think of!

If you have an issue on the website and are reporting it:

Please, please, please be very specific as to your problem. Please include the precise URL that you are trying to access. Please include the exact time and date of the time that the issue occured. If there is a MySQL or PHP error code, please include it (that is very important!). And tell us what web browser you are using.

If you find out of date data on our weather page, or incorrect runways in use for an airport, please tell us which airports and what runways. Be specific! Believe it or not, we do want to fix the problems, however it is extremely difficult if we do not have very specific details (because we also don't have a whole lot of problems, either. Problems are often user-specific).

If you are entering a message about a controller, please do not include a signature, callsign, or VATSIM ID number. The details are displayed for the controller that you write the message about. We do not display your name or e-mail address to the controller; however, if you include it in your message, we cannot screen it for your privacy.
